Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Wrexham, Wales. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. Day to day you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
