Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a tool room. Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Part-time with flexible hours.
