Join our team: canteen cook (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cumberland County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
