Urgent requirement: rigger (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigger in Glynn County, Georgia. You will work at a container port. The role involves: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
