Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
