Steel fixing chargehand wanted in O'Brien County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in O'Brien County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
