Immediate opening: milling machinist (Akwa Ibom State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machinist in Ibesikpo Asutan, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
