Day to day you will clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
