Pot washer wanted in Bedford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
