Sand plant operator — Upshur County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Upshur County, West Virginia. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $10,750 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
