Crawler dozer operator wanted in Ellsworth County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Ellsworth County, Kansas. You will work on a dam or embankment job. Day to day you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
