Vacancy available: we are hiring a lorry driver in City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. The job is at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing On a typical shift you will keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays.
