Immediate opening: baker (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Mason County, West Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
