Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Wayne County, Indiana. You will be based at a beach resort. The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Meals and transport allowance provided.
