Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports You will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
