The role involves balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
