We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Avery County, North Carolina. Day to day you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
