We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lamar County, Georgia. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
