Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Gwadabawa, Sokoto State. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
