Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Putnam County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing Your main tasks: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Six days a week, one day off.
