The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
