Field delivery driver — Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a field delivery driver in Polk County, Iowa. You will work with a transport contractor. The role involves keep the cabin and load area clean and tidy; drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules; deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery; plan the delivery route using GPS and live traffic updates; handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights. Requirements: • Valid police verification / background check • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience.
