Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Wayne County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
