Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement.
