Painter and decorator — Matanuska-Susitna Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. Requirements: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Own brushes and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
