Collision repair technician wanted in Livingston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Livingston County, Michigan. The job is at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Day-to-day duties: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
