Now hiring: we are hiring a mobile tyre fitter in Schley County, Georgia. The job is in a tyre and puncture shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers The role involves: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
