Powder coating sprayer wanted in City of Waynesboro

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred.
