Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Ekiti, Kwara State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Pay around ₦260,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
