Incoming goods inspector — Elko County

Join our team: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Elko County, Nevada. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
