Great opportunity: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Clayton County, Iowa. The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
