We are recruiting: site safety steward (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Gratiot County, Michigan. The role involves update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
