Fabricator-welder — Garza County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Garza County, Texas. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
