Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Fillmore County, Nebraska. You will be based in a coffee shop. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
