Chef de partie — Saint James Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
