Aluminium workshop fabricator — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Polk County, Tennessee. The job is in a fabrication and glazing factory. On the job you will handle: • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site Requirements: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
