Escalator technician wanted in Kusilvak Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
