Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Montgomery County, Iowa. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints Day-to-day duties: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Clean condenser and evaporator coils At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
