Argon arc welder wanted in Dade County

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Dade County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
