Telesales agent wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a telesales agent in Warren County, Missouri. You will be based at an FMCG distributor. Day-to-day duties: • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests What we are looking for: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience 2+ years on the tools preferred.
