Workshop mechanic wanted in Pottawattamie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will be based in a fleet maintenance depot. Day-to-day duties: • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts Full-time with occasional weekends.
