We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Clark County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On a typical shift you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
