Urgent requirement: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Motley County, Texas. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On a typical shift you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding.
