We are recruiting: paint and prep technician (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Lake County, Illinois. You will be based at an accident repair centre. On the job you will handle: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
