On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 5+ years on the tools preferred.
