Trainee butcher wanted in Esmeralda County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
