Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
