Brick and block layer wanted in Southend-on-Sea

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Southend-on-Sea, England. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day-to-day duties: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £2,700 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
