Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Power County, Idaho. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
