Urgent requirement: kitchen cook (Maryland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Prince George's County, Maryland. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off.
